Illinois Beach State Park and Campground
We recently visited Illinois Beach State Park and Campground in Zion, IL for a summer camping weekend. We really enjoyed the beach and opportunities for fishing and as always appreciated being able to bring our dog along. At just an hour north of Chicago just south of the Wisconsin border you can’t beat the convenience of that location. We will share our experiences here of this well loved State Park. Fuerteventura Elba Carlota Resort
The Canary Islands are a popular European vacation locale. Located off the coast of Africa gives it nice sunny weather and plenty of beaches. We came together with family to meet up at the Elba Carlota Resort. It was an all-inclusive paradise for us to enjoy our time together and soak up the sun. Visiting Warren Dunes State Park
Warren Dunes State Park located, along the Lake Michigan shoreline has a little something for everyone when it comes to outdoor recreation. With its beach, dunes and forest it is three adventures in one. There is a $5 per vehicle cost for entry and plenty of parking. We had a wonderful time checking out all the park had to offer with our dogs. The Beach Warren Dunes State Park has some beautiful sandy beach space right on Lake Michigan.
